Our Fleet

A 22 foot canoe, the Mariner, is made by clipper. The bow and stern height were cut down for less wind effect. It can carry 8 people and cargo. When we use it on river we usually have two paddlers and two people picking up garbage.

Our fleet of canoes and small boats is essential to the Stewards of the Great Lakes' mission. These vessels enable us to access remote and shallow areas to clean up litter effectively. Our lightweight canoes offer flexibility and maneuverability, making them ideal for narrow spaces, while our small boats provide greater capacity and stability for larger clean-up operations and transporting volunteers and equipment. By using these eco-friendly crafts, we minimize our environmental footprint while maximizing our impact. Join us on the water and help preserve the beauty and health of the Great Lakes.
